Cool Peppermint Cheesecake

Are you ready to Indulge and feel that Whoosh of Cool Mint Sensation.  Well the time is now.  Of course Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies are addictive, but what about a Cool Peppermint Cheesecake made with cooling mint on every level.  We incorporate mint in the crushed chocolate mint cookie crust, its mixed into the cheesecake batter along with chocolate chips, and then its mixed into the Optional chocolate ganache sprinkled with crushed chocolate mint cookies.  Absolutely cool, refreshing and heavenly just like the popular candy covered in a mix of dark chocolate.
