These mini personal cheesecakes are offered in 4 Packs, 8 Packs and 12 Packs.  Each cheesecake comes in a Self-Contained Baking Cup.

David's cheesecake is Dessert for Breakfast.  This creation, a challenge really, was a special request made by the Staff at Pittsburgh Today Live.  The base is Baked Fresh Brioche French toast with brown sugar cinnamon, maple syrup and powdered sugar.

A New York cheesecake topped with Savory ingredients that works unbelievably well.  First a thick Sour Cream frosting, garnished with Chives and Vegan Bacon Bits.  Its salty, and crunchy and sweet and all the flavors meld into a beautiful tasting treat.  Yes, its hard to believe, but it really tastes good.

BUT, if you do not want the Bacon Bits and Chives, you can OPTIONALLY select Sour Cream Frosting dusted with Cinnamon Sugar instead.

We do not sell cheesecakes based on weight, they are sold based on Flavor, Size and Extra Toppings. The weights shown with each size cheesecake above are based on the approximate (~) Pre-Baked weight of all ingredients and are rounded up to the next whole pound for brevity. David’s Special Cheesecake

I’m not usually a cheesecake lover. But, I ordered the David Highfield special for my office, as a way to support the Turkey Fund. It was delicious. I wanted to lick my plate!
I wish I had ordered the Heather Abraham special, as well. Maybe I’ll get the chance next year!

Bought two of the "David" Cheesecake (KDKA's PTL TV SHOW) with all proceeds going to the KD Turkey Fund- The Cheesecakes were fantastic! And, so generous of the owners to donate the proceeds, who bake these delish deserts out of their home!

Tha cheesecake was great and the couple that tracked me down in cranberry twp. were super.I was in the middle of moving from apt. to a house and they were in cranberry to deliver and I was in cranberry to move and we hooked up at the get n go on rt.19,it was crazy, but it worked out.thanks so much.
