Biscoff Cookie Butter Cheesecake

Have you ever had a Biscoff Cookie?  Biscoff cookies have a distinctive caramelized and spiced flavor, often described as a combination of caramel, cinnamon, and a hint of ginger. They have a slightly sweet and crunchy taste with a subtle, warm spiciness. The unique flavor profile is derived from a combination of brown sugar, spices like cinnamon, and a special type of caramelized sugar. 

So we made a Biscoff Cookie Butter crust and topped it with Vanilla Bean Cheesecake blended with our own in-house creamy Cookie Butter.

Because Biscoff has a caramel flavor profile, we topped the cheesecake with Fresh made Dulche De Leche, what is Dulche De Leche?  Its Spanish for Candy from Milk, or as we call it, Caramel made with sweetened condensed milk, and wow is it delicious.  Then we added crushed Biscoff Cookies all around the edges.

The number of servings shown is based on typical serving sizes for a restaurant. Of course, you can can slice your cheesecake any way you want. Most people usually ask for a sliver or just a taste. In that case, the amount of servings could be much higher.
We do not sell cheesecakes based on weight, they are sold based on Flavor, Size and Extra Toppings. The weights shown on our FAQ page are based on the approximate (~) Pre-Baked weight of all ingredients and are rounded up to the next whole pound for brevity.
