Banoffee (Banana & Caramel) Cheesecake
If you thought that folks in the United Kingdom don't do dreamy desserts, well consider this. Straight from over the Pond is our take on this Banoffee Treat. What is Banoffee it's fresh bananas and Dulce De Leche (Sweet Caramel) topped with tons of whipped cream and chocolate. Well we did the Brits proud with our version of this wonderful treat!
We start with a Graham Cracker crust, a thick layer of our own in-house made Dulce De Leche, smothered with our Nana B-Nana cheesecake. Top all of this with fresh cream cheese frosting and dark chocolate shavings.
Oh, this cheesecake is just screaming with fresh banana flavor. This cheesecake is rich, silky, and indulgent yet so light and dreamy.
