Bailey's Irish Cream Cheesecake

What's better than a chocolate covered strawberry? Berry-Berrie Strawberry cheesecake blended with Bailey's Irish Cream!  We did that and a little more.

Start with a chocolate cream cookie base; a layer of Vanilla Bean cheesecake infused with Bailey's; topped with a layer of Berry-Berrie Strawberry cheesecake infused with more Bailey's; finish this with Chocolate Ganache infused with just little more Bailey's.   A boozy creation which will leave you all warm and fuzzy,  waiting for another bite!

Oh wait, how about 3 more Flavors:  Baileys Banana Cream; Bailey's Espresso Cream or Bailey's Chocolate Cream.
