Yes, each Sampler is 3/4 pounds of Cheesecake you can hold with one hand, Baked in an 4 inch diameter pan, 2 inch thickness.  A Sampler is 2x more cheesecake per pound than a standard restaurant slice.  Each individual sampler cheesecake has the same amount of cheesecake that you would get in a Massive slice from the Carnegie Deli!

Sampler cheesecakes should be kept frozen, they will defrost, ready to serve, in 45 minutes.

We do not sell cheesecakes based on weight, they are sold based on Flavor, Size and Extra Toppings. The weights shown with each size cheesecake above are based on the approximate (~) Pre-Baked weight of all ingredients and are rounded up to the next whole pound for brevity.
