David's cheesecake is Dessert for Breakfast. This creation, a challenge really, was a special request made by the Staff at Pittsburgh Today Live. The base is Baked Fresh Brioche French toast with brown sugar cinnamon, maple syrup and powdered sugar.
A New York cheesecake topped with Savory ingredients that works unbelievably well. First a thick Sour Cream frosting, garnished with Chives and Vegan Bacon Bits. Its salty, and crunchy and sweet and all the flavors meld into a beautiful tasting treat. Yes, its hard to believe, but it really tastes good.
Optional topping, cream cheese frosting dusted with cinnamon sugar.
