As an Option, we can take the pucker up two more puckers. Thin sliced fresh lemon peels and turn them into swirled candy, with a sprinkle of more lemon zest, and then the pièces de résistance, a pillow of crunchy hand made Lemon Pavlova!

Yes, 100% Gluten Free Cheesecake plus a 100% Gluten Free Graham Cracker "flavored" Crust made without graham whole wheat flour! How did we do it?
Our Cheesecake Batter is made without products containing gluten, but everyone also wants a delicious crust, so we worked on a recipe for our own baked graham cracker "tasting" crust.
This is NOT some supermarket gluten free graham cracker, this is fresh baked with all natural ingredients: NO Xanthan Gum, NO Soy, NO Nut Flour and NO Preservatives. And tastes delicious... In fact, you will be hard pressed to taste any difference.
We use Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Corn Starch, Avocado Oil, Sugar, Honey, Molasses, Cinnamon, Eggs, Salt and Vanilla.
